Mark your calendars and join the Rainforest Restoration Foundation at the Tulsa Zoo on September 9th 7:00p.m. for a homebrewed event to support tropical rainforest conservation. This years event features a Tulsa first for highlighting homebrewed beer, mead and wines from some of Tulsa’s best homebrewers. Partnering with High Gravity, F.O.A.M and the Tulsa Zoo this years event promises to be one not to miss! rainforestrestoration@yahoo.com Tickets are $30 each and must be purchased online prior to the event. No tickets will be sold at the gate. Each ticket includes; Homebrewed beer, mead and wine tastings, hors d'oeuvres, and a Commemorative 5oz tasting glass with event logo. Mission
The Rainforest Restoration Foundation is committed to preserving and restoring the Amazonian rainforests of Ecuador, by practicing biodiversity conservation while fostering community.
Vision
It is our vision to slow down the deforestation of Ecuador's rainforests, and implement conservation projects for the flora and fauna affected. Additionally, to work with indigenous peoples by supplying them with tools, education and resources necessary to undertake conservation projects important to them and the ecosystems they live in.
Goals and Objectives
Our immediate goal is to continue the development and support for the Charapa project in Northeastern Ecuador. Funds are needed to supply infrastructure materials and other needs for the conservation of this turtle. Find out more under “Projects” tab above.
